Energy Audits

Energy Audit is a set of activities carried out by the energy auditor and resulting in information on a level and modes of energy use in buildings and in energy economy together with the draft of measures to achieve energy savings.

Energy audit is processed:

• for buildings and plants with an annual consumption of energy greater than the limit set by the Act No. 406/2000 on the management of energy
• for the purposes of obtaining a grant or loan for energy-saving projects (thermal insulation of buildings, installation of a renewable resource, etc.)
• during the planned reconstruction of buildings, search for energy savings in manufacturing and other operations

Requirements for energy audits shall be made by Decree No 213/2001 Coll. as amended by Decree No 425/2004 Coll. and can be performed only by an energy auditor - a natural person registered in the list of energy auditors, led by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Energy auditors of TERMS CZ s.r.o processed up to date a number of energy audits for all types of energy systems - the houses, public and administrative buildings, hospitals, schools, industrial enterprises, up to the projects of photovoltaic power plants and cogeneration units for combined production of heat and power from biomass.
